Consultation has concluded

Our annual Community Survey is an important way for Council to understand what we're doing well and identify areas for improvement.

Our community has faced a number of challenges over the last two years, particularly in regards to overall wellbeing as a result of the global COVID pandemic and subsequent emergency health restrictions.

In 2022 we took the opportunity to conduct a Community Wellbeing Survey (in place of our Annual Community Survey) to better understand our community in regards to community wellbeing.

Independent market research company newfocus conducted this survey on our behalf in June/July 2022. Residents who weren't contacted by newfocus (either via phone or social media) could complete the survey via Council's 'Have your Say' website (link to survey hosted by newfocus).

Overviews of key results by different themes, as well as the full research report, are available on Council's website

We will provide further updates about the survey findings, as well as what actions Council can take to improve access to community resources that contribute to the achievement of a vision of a thriving City of Tea Tree Gully.
