Update: The Community engagement for the Golden Grove Neighbourhood Code Amendment has now closed.
Council is not leading this rezoning process; the Code Amendment and community engagement process is being led by YAS Property and Development (YAS) and Falkenburg Road Pty Ltd.
The Golden Grove Neighbourhood Code Amendment affects properties to the north of One Tree Hill Road as identified in this map and seeks to rezone this land from Rural Living to Master Planned Neighbourhood Zone.
As the Code Amendment process is being undertaken by the developer, feedback should be provided to the developer in the following ways:
Online survey or submission form available via the Plan SA Website
Attending a community drop-in session at the John G Tilley Centre, Surrey Downs (two session times available, visit the the Plan SA website for further details)
A one-on-one meeting with the project team. Bookings can be made by contacting Taylah or Anita at URPS (the developer's consultant) on (08) 8333 7999 or via email feedback@codeamendments.com.au
Feedback provided to Council may not be accepted by the developer as a formal submission during the consultation process and therefore may not be considered as part of the community engagement outcomes.
Council does not make the final decision on whether the Code Amendment is approved or refused. The final decision on whether to approved the Code Amendment or not will be made by the Minister for Planning.
