Council is seeking preliminary feedback from the local community about the potential sale of a portion of Mowbray Reserve for housing. Mowbray Reserve is located at 512-520 Grenfell Road, Fairview Park.
The sale proceeds would first be used to offset the purchase of a property that Council purchased in Tea Tree Gully, with any surplus funds use to upgrade the remainder of Mowbray Reserve and/or local area improvements.
