Hi Rose, thanks for your questions. In response:

Marsha Reserve is approximately 7,720 square metres; Oleander Reserve is approximately 4,170 square metres.

As per our usual practice for these types of consultations, we sent letters and feedback forms to residents and property owners in an approximate 200m radius of the reserves. Recipients were largely within the boundary of Hancock Road, Launceston Avenue, Elizabeth Street and Milne Road, with some properties outside of this area to the east and south of Oleander Reserve.

    Kind regards, Sarah
