Council has received a request from the owner of Clovercrest Shopping Centre to purchase a portion (5475m²) of Sir Frank Berryman Reserve, Modbury to facilitate plans to expand the site and contribute to the potential upgrade of the remainder of the reserve (approx. 16,570m²).
