What is a Development Plan?
The Development Plan is a key statutory document
in the South Australian planning system that contains development assessment
polices that guide development. Development applications are assessed against
the planning policies contained within the Development Plan.
What is a Development Plan Amendment?
Any proposed changes to the Development Plan are detailed in a Development Plan Amendment (DPA), which after public consultation is considered by the Minister for Planning for endorsement.
