The Development Plan Amendment has been approved, without further amendment, by the Minister for Planning. The zoning for these properties has been updated to reflect the changes.

At this meeting on Tuesday 11 September Council considered feedback from the community and made the decision to endorse the finalisation of the Draft Commercial, Light Industry and Residential (Sites) DPA to be referred to the Minister for Planning for consideration.
The City of Tea Tree Gully has released the Commercial, Light Industry and Residential (Sites) Development Plan Amendment (DPA) for consultation and is now seeking submissions from stakeholders and the broader community.
The DPA seeks to amend the policies and zoning of three key sites in the City of Tea Tree Gully which have the potential to facilitate the development of residential or commercial development. The three sites, include:
