Hope Valley Bowling Club Proposed 10+ 10 Years Lease

Council is seeking feedback from the community about a proposed new 10+10 lease for the Hope Valley Bowling Club. If approved, the proposal would mean that HVBC will be granted a 10 year lease (as well as an option for a 10 year renewal extension at the sole discretion of Council) providing them with continued exclusive use of the building and bowling greens at Deakin Reserve.
