Marsha and Oleander Reserves Feedback Form

As part of the Annual Business Plan 2018-2019, Council has allocated $100,000 to be used for the upgrade and redevelopment of either Marsha Reserve or Oleander Reserve.
The proposed works for Marsha Reserve include the establishment of new irrigated turf and grassed areas, additional park furniture (i.e. picnic setting and park seat) and renewal of existing reserve garden beds and screen plantings.
The proposed works for Oleander Reserve include the development of a new local level playground, additional park furniture (i.e. picnic setting and park seat), and renewal of existing reserve garden beds and screen plantings.
Installing a playground would require an amendment to the Community Land Management Plan for Banksia Park, in which Oleander Reserve is listed.
