Telstra 10 year lease proposal for mobile phone tower - portion of land at Hope Valley Sports Area

Council is seeking feedback from the community about a proposal to grant Telstra a 10 year lease over a portion of land at Hope Valley Sports Area for the construction of a mobile phone tower.
